** How to brew**

Under Milk Wood was designed as an espresso but there is no reason why it won’t suit filter or cafetiere brewing.

As a mid roast espresso, we would probably start with a 17g dose (but whatever suits your machine best), and work on a 1:2.5 ratio, making a balanced espresso weighing about 42g.

For filter, we recommend using 60g per litre of water. It’s the industry standard for a reason, delivering a balanced flavour with most coffees.
