
This loaf has a fantastic recipe heritage. We based this recipe on the famous San Francisco bakery: Tartine, and Vanessa’s recipe from The Sourdough School. It is a long-fermented loaf with organic white flour with a dash of wholemeal for extra flavour. This loaf tastes amazing and looks rather good too.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Salt (~800g).
